Booking Terms

Thank you for choosing Cocktails & Graze by Starry Eyed. We can't wait to be part of your celebration. These terms are here to ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and us.

Securing Your Booking

A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure your event date. Your booking is confirmed once this payment has been received. The booking fee is deducted from your final balance.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. For bookings with a total value of over £500, we reserve the right to request the final balance up to 4 weeks before your event. We will always confirm your payment schedule when your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

The £50 booking fee is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Changes to Your Booking

We are always happy to accommodate changes where possible. Guest numbers may increase subject to availability. Guest numbers cannot be reduced within 14 days of your event and the original quoted amount will remain payable.

Dietary Requirements

Please let us know of any dietary requirements at least 14 days before your event. Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Setup & Collection

We will agree a suitable setup and collection time with you. We arrive before your guests to style everything professionally and return afterwards to collect our equipment.

Hired Equipment & Glassware

All display equipment, props and hired glassware remain the property of Cocktails & Graze by Starry Eyed. Please ensure all hired glassware is emptied, washed and ready for collection. Loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged at replacement cost.

Access

Please ensure suitable access and advise us of any parking restrictions or access requirements in advance.

Food Safety

Grazing tables are prepared fresh for your event and are intended to be enjoyed on the day.

Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, suitable shelter should be provided where required. We cannot be responsible for adverse weather once setup has been completed.

Photography

We may photograph our displays for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer us not to, simply let us know before your event.

Prices & Bespoke Quotations

Website prices are intended as a guide. Every celebration is unique and we are always happy to provide a tailored quotation.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find the fairest solution.

Alcohol

Alcoholic cocktails will only be supplied where all guests consuming alcohol are aged 18 or over. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring this.
